In Macoscape, the only way to farm is with a rake. In catherby go by the herb patches north-west of the bank and rake the herb patches until lvl 40 then pick some tarromin until lvl __ then go to the patches next to the tarromin, at lvl 90 go to the spirit tree on the other side of catherby.
